What’s your value?

What’s the value?
I’m going to be honest, I’m very confused this morning. A podiatry client that has seemingly cut off our service without any warning.
I understand that some people just don’t ‘get’ it and that’s fine. What I don’t understand is why people think it’s OK just to stop something without any notice.
But that’s not the thing that’s really confusing me. We used to have their clinic packed to the rafters – so much so, it was hard to even find a 15-minute space.
I’ve just looked at their calendar and they have free appointments today. Not one or two, but 50% of the clinic slots are empty. And it gets worse as the week goes on.
For the sake of a monthly bill of around £300, they are prepared to have an empty clinic? I really cannot see the point of that and that’s why I’m confused.
For the cost of 5 appointments, they are losing half a dozen appointments EVERY day.
Let’s do the maths:
Our bill £300
They charge £50 an appointment and have approximately 10 appointments a day over 5 days a week. 50 appointment slots a week.
5 free a day, 25 a week, 100 a month. 100 x £50 = £5000. That’s £5000 every month they’re leaving on the table because they don’t want to pay £300 a month.
Senseless or what?
